To strengthen platforms and networks of co-operation among SMEs in the South Baltic Region

To support SMEs and facilitate co-operation between them in the South Baltic Region

To create network of co-operation between science and technology parks and to increase their innovative potential in the South Baltic Region

To improve technology and information transfer in the South Baltic Region

To organize benchmarking between companies located in the science and technology parks, and between the parks themselves, in order to search for best practices,

innovative ideas and highly effective operating procedures that lead to improvement of their performance

To work out terms and directions for partner technology parks development in the future on the basis of benchmarking methodology and partners’ individual strategies
