“Hong Kong – Guangdong Business Conference in Warsaw 2011” was held on October 27, 2011. The main objectives of the Conference were to strengthen investment cooperation and to promote direct business contracts between Poland, countries of the European Union, Hong Kong and Guangdong. The ideas of the DISKE Project were presented at the Conference. The Project aroused great interest, especially among the entrepreneurs. The Conference was attended by about 300 business executives from the Guangdong region. The event attracted over 1000 participants including delegates from China and representatives of business and political circles. The main themes of the Conference focused mostly on: deepening business cooperation between Poland and China, encouraging the effective transfer of innovations and increasing Polish investment in China.
